North Vancouver Pier
After dinner, we took a drive across the Lions Gate Bridge to North Vancouver. We were going to take a look across North Vancouver and drive back on the Ironworkers Memorial Bridge. But along the way, we noticed there was a lot of traffic along Lower Level Road. So we decided to park the car and take a walk.
We were looking for ice cream when we ran into a crowd at the Quay Market. There was a concert going on! In addition, there were lots of food trucks and outdoor vendors. We were looking for ice cream, but ended up with fresh kettle corn, which the kids loved.
There was an area for the kids to cool off with flowing water.
We noticed how Vancouver is a great clean place for families. We were impressed with how many people were there and yet the place is clean. Li noticed there were women with jewelry on indicating they feel safe enough to not worry about being robbed.
