Grandma's Funeral
After a week of preparations, we went to grandma’s funeral in San Francisco. We went directly to the airport after picking up the kids from school. We took a flight and rented a car.
My sister and her family came out. Tongna came to support Li. She’s an awesome friend.
This picture is my grandmother and my second great aunt or at least that’s what I call her. She is my dad’s sister’s husband’s older sister. She was born a few days before my grandmother. She used to live in the same apartment building with my grandma as they both belonged to the same Salvation Army Christian church. She died 4 days before my grandma where they both lived to 102!
I don’t know when this picture was taken, but it appears to be a picture of them eating at one of the Salvation Army’s many gatherings where they both volunteered.
It was a quick trip and we had to go back so that the kids don’t miss too many school days.
