Remodel Update
Happy New Year!! We are still unable to move into our new house as we continue to wait for the remodeling to complete. The biggest hold up appears to be the quartz countertops, island, and backsplash. Since we are waiting for them, we decided that the cabinets have to go. The kitchen would look weird with new white countertops with the off-white cabinets. Plus, there just isn’t enough storage to our liking. There’s also this little area on the wall that probably made a lot more sense when the house was built. We just don’t have a use for it.
So we decided to replace the cabinets and came up with a new design for our kitchen. We wanted a new refrigerator, which we bought, and have the dimensions. We rearranged the appliances to better fit what we want to do. Li designed the cabinets around the stove to better fit how she cooks.
