We Bought a New House
We bought a new house! We’ve been looking for a new house for about a month before we came across this house. There was a previous house that we saw Li liked a lot. We were amongst the first group to see this house in the morning. We went back and discussed the house before deciding to make an offer on the house later that evening. But it was already gone!
So, this time, while we were looking through the house, we discussed how much we liked it. We were the first group to see the house and decided to make an offer right away. In fact, we worked with our real estate agent Kristine to reach out to the selling agent to find out what amount we had to offer to get the sellers to accept our offer. Luckily, we were able to agree on a number 20 minutes after we saw the house.
