Hospital Emergency
This morning, we got some early baby clothes as presents.
But as we were going out for lunch, Li fainted in the car while we were on the freeway. She was totally unresponsive. I immediately took off for the hospital. I don’t even remember how fast I was driving, but I got us there as quickly as I could. She was admitted into the emergency room.
The doctors took an ultrasound to make sure the baby was okay. It turned out Li had low blood sugar. They fed her an orange soda and more fluids. Luckily, that’s all it was and everyone was safe.
So she got an extra big dinner! Now we always try to keep Li full as much as possible.
